Refund Policy

At Korli, we offer a 30-day return or replacement policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund; only items sent back to one of our warehouses will be processed.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at korli.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order will already be processed within our system and with our carrier.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at korli.info@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
